Matthew Blake, Director of Management

As Director of Management and COO of DECON GROUP, INC., Mr. Blake is engaged in all facets of design, construction and operationsfor the company. In addition to establishing company standards for project scheduling and performance, he is also responsible for the coordination of internal staffing and organization of project structure. Mr. Blake’sacademic background in architectural design is enhanced by his supervisory responsibilities of all trades during construction, making him a strong multi-disciplined asset to Decon Group.
